In my experience with different companies, I have observed that while every company is unique, commercial challenges rarely are. Patterns tend to repeat themselves, whether in a misaligned sales pipeline, an unclear go-to-market strategy, or in the challenge of growing internationally.

Over time, I have translated the solutions to these recurring patterns into specific frameworks. These provide a clear structural foundation that allows the commercial setup and priorities to be tailored to each organization. Depending on the complexity of the challenge, these frameworks are applied through two specific collaboration formats:

Fractional Sales Consultant

This model is designed for organizations requiring a commercial partner. The focus is on aligning GTM models, improving the sales structure, and building team accountability.

The collaboration is structured as a monthly advisory engagement focused on defined priorities and agreed outcomes.

Modular Base-Project Collaboration

These collaborations typically last 6 to 8 weeks and focus on one clearly defined priority. They are designed to address a specific structural sales issue, such as lead qualification logic, sales funnel, or pricing strategy.

The work begins by identifying the part of the commercial setup that currently requires adjustment and resolving it within its specific business context.

Each potential collaboration starts with your inquiry through the Requirements Discovery Form.

Based on the information you share, along with any email exchange that follows, we’ll schedule an evaluation video call.

This call is non-binding and free of charge, providing a space to align on priorities and expectations while exploring whether the collaboration is a good fit. It allows us to discuss possible scenarios and outline the most appropriate structure and support.

Based on this conversation, I’ll follow up with a tailored proposal.
